The case began when a decomposed body was discovered in a locked room of a house in Shastri Nagar. “This is a rare case where black magic and financial crime intersect,” said Meerut SSP Rohit Singh Sajwan. “The psychological manipulation and spiritual exploitation were as shocking as the act of murder itself.”

According to preliminary reports, Ravi was drugged and strangled to death during what was described as a “final offering ritual.” His body was then left locked in his room, with air fresheners and incense sticks used to mask the odor.
